We successfully executed the game plan for a complex migration between 2 systems inclusive of communications. After solidly defining stakeholder and user needs for the new system, we handled the RFI and RFP for agency management system vendors. This helped our client identify the first three critical objectives for their new system.
We have also effectively implemented a methodology for the purchase decision surrounding an agency system replacement. We competently handled the procedure from compilation of organizational input to managing vendor participation, thus allowing our client to focus its time and resources on the daily demands of production business.

By working closely with client personnel, we cleverly crafted an As-Is definition for all core operational processes. Additionally, we developed a unique process inventory that identifies the priority of operations to target improving processes with likely system impact in the To-Be state. We gave our client a rich picture of an improved operating environment, including process maps and a catalog of opportunities for improvement for critical processes.

To aid one of our client's urgent needs on their website, we temporarily took over the website development and maintenance tasks to ensure continuity. Our team developed an on-going procedure that could be absorbed by the organization. Within a short period given, we not only provided the critical support bridge but we also developed an Intranet framework for our client to improve internal communications and workflow along with a defined set of roles and responsibilities.
Ops / IT alignment - We are your part-time COO or CIO!
We successfully created an organizational support plan for our client’s Ops / IT department based on the shared understanding of new roles and responsibilities for all key duties, and both hardware and software. We also delivered a new budget management procedure and trained key staff members on the creation of standard project elements to be used in weekly planning. To ensure the smooth adoption of our plan, we worked in close proximity with our client’s IT team to generate an As-Is picture of current roles and responsibilities along with estimates of weekly effort spent in each role. To help streamline the department, we centralized all Operations and IT project work into a single plan for visibility, reporting, and management control.
